Lockhart, TX
SAME-DAY OFTEN AVAILABLE WHEN BOOKED BEFORE 3PM
Lockhart is one of the more mixed places we work. On any given week the calls split between a family clearing a house and a business clearing a lease, and those two jobs want almost opposite things from a hauler. The family wants patience. The business wants a hard date.
So we handle them differently. Estate and house work gets scheduled with room to breathe, sorted as we load, and anything the family wants kept comes out of the pile before it goes near the truck. Commercial turnovers get scheduled backward from the handover, because arriving the morning after the keys change hands is worth nothing. Common Lockhart services include estate cleanouts, restaurant cleanouts, office furniture removal, and commercial junk removal. Maxwell and Red Rock sit on the same route.
Lockhart is a regular stop on our southern route, and the mix there runs about even between homes and businesses. Booking is open around the clock, seven days a week.
What Lockhart jobs look like
Simple Process
Call or book online. Same or next-day service in Lockhart is frequently available, and there's no obligation when you ask for a quote.
We look at the job in person and give you a firm price before anything is lifted. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Everything loaded, swept up, and hauled. Items are sorted for donation or recycling when possible.
We price on volume, the amount of truck space your load fills. The crew looks at the job in person, names one firm number covering labor, hauling, and disposal, and waits for your approval before anything is loaded.
Some items add a disposal fee, which we name at the quote instead of afterward. Mattresses, tires, flat-screen and older tube televisions, sealed paint cans, and freon appliances are the ones that come up most often on a Lockhart job.
Lockhart splits fairly evenly between household clearing and commercial turnover. Business jobs usually come with a deadline attached, so we give a window we can actually hold rather than a hopeful one.
"Commercial turnovers usually run on a lease date, not a preference. Tell us the hard deadline when you book and we schedule backward from it, because a crew that shows up the morning after handover is no help at all."
Lockhart pricing is based on volume, the space your load takes in our truck. We walk the space, name a firm number, and you approve it before loading. Disposal fees on items like mattresses are named at the quote.
See sample pricing by load size for the full breakdown.

TESTIMONIALS
"Scheduling these guys is crazy easy, I gave them a small window to perform some work at one of my properties and they were able to accommodate. Service is fast and professional — the owner works on the job and has a great vision. 10/10 would recommend."
"Outstanding company. Very fair, upfront pricing. David was great and a joy to work with. I wish all companies would have the high standards like Eco Bros. Their info will remain in our contacts."
"Great service!! Came in clutch on a last minute home move and lot clean. Gave me a great price even it being last minute, and got everything done in less than a day."
Yes. We work room by room, set aside anything the family wants kept, and haul the rest in as few visits as the house allows. Our estate cleanouts page covers how it runs.
We can. Fixtures, shelving, seating, and commercial appliances all come out. Our restaurant cleanouts and retail cleanout pages cover the commercial side.
Desks, chairs, file cabinets, and cubicle panels are standard for us, and old computers and monitors go to recycling where accepted. Our office furniture removal page has the detail.
Same-day pickup is often available when you book before 3pm. For a commercial job on a lease deadline, give us as much notice as you can and we will schedule backward from the handover date.
We sort every load before it reaches a landfill. Usable items go to local donation centers when possible, and metal, cardboard, and electronics are routed to area recycling facilities where accepted.
Maxwell, Red Rock, Dale, and San Marcos are all on the same southern route.
